polite staff and continental breakfast. greatly enjoyed being approx 10-15 minutes' walk from sainte-catherine metro station. comforts of standard queen room were fabulous - a laptop-size safe, central heating and ironing facilities.

Everyone was helpful and so nice. Within minutes of zinneke pis. The hotel was very close to Central Brussels train station.
